About the project SilCon 55+

"Silvers locally engaged in conflict resolution" is the reply for progressive problem of conflicts, misunderstanding and polarization in a society. Especially people of elder generations (55+) have little knowledge of the subject as they did not have such education before and at the moment still there is not such an offer found in our local societies.

Pandemic times also have the bad impact - people were closed at homes and often have no opportunity to deal with other people as before. Their communication skills and willingness to solve problems is often lower then before.

Το έργο διεξάγεται από 3 εταίρους από Ελλάδα, Ιταλία και Πολωνία: Oikopolis, Training 2000 και Fundacja Wspierania Dialogu "Rozmawiajmy".Το «SilCon 55+» στοχεύει στην ενθάρρυνση ατόμων  55+ να βελτιώσουν τις γνώσεις και τις δεξιότητές τους για διάλογο και επίλυση συγκρούσεων.
Οι κύριες προγραμματισμένες δραστηριότητες είναι:
-Οργάνωση διεθνών και εθνικών συναντήσεων και εργαστήριων με target group local 55+. -Ενεργοποίηση στις τοπικές κοινωνίες για να μπορέσουμε να αντιμετωπίσουμε τις συγκρούσεις και να εξασκήσουμε περισσότερο διάλογο.
Δημιουργία e-Guide για συγκρούσεις με σενάρια για τοπικές συναντήσεις.
Μαθήματα στην πλατφόρμα Moodle.
Το έργο ξεκίνησε στα μέσα Μαΐου 2022 και θα διαρκέσει 12 μήνες στο πλαίσιο συνεργασίας μικρής κλίμακας.
